Bodyweight Exercise: Mountain Climber
The mountain climber is a fast-paced exercise that works yours arms and shoulders, your hips, and it really works your heart and lungs!

Step 1: Start out in a push up position, but place your right leg forward and your left leg back.

Step 2a: Jump both legs off the floor.

Step 2b: Land with your left leg forward and your right leg back.
Keep repeating this jumping/striding movement, alternating legs each time.
