Earlier this year I designed a visual diet plan for endurance athletes. It looks like the MyPlate from the USDA, but this one is specifically for endurance athletes such as runners, cyclists, and triathletes. It’s called The Endurance Plate.

If you haven’t seen this yet, go check it out now! (And then come back here!)

I only did it because I thought it would be funny to see a diet recommendation that was 60-70% carbs. A high-carb diet just seems so out of style today! I know it will get the general population in an uproar about it being a terrible diet because it’s too high in carbs, too high in calories, too sexy, etc.

Someone will probably say it’s too high in fat and cholesterol, too, since it includes meat and eggs!

Once I got started writing, though, I couldn’t stop – not only did I write out the basic guide to putting food groups on your plate, I wrote a follow-up report detailing how to craft your very own endurance athlete diet plan.

It’s called Your Endurance Plate: Putting the Endurance Athlete Plate to Work for You!

Check it out – it will lead you through the process of personalizing the Endurance Plate to your needs.

It’s completely free, so why not?

And since you’re a valued reader here at CoachLevi.com, I won’t even make you fill out one of those forms with your first name and e-mail address! Just right-click the book cover and choose “save as” to download the book to your computer!
