Not to be confused with Goli gummies, the new Goli Bites are bite-size multivitamins and supplements that look like little candy bars. You can get an energy supplement, a calming supplement, or a daily multivitamin, each hidden behind chocolatey goodness!
Let’s find out how they managed to pack vitamins and minerals into these little bite-size candy bars and if it makes sense for you to take them.
What are Goli bites?
From the makers of the original ACV gummies (and now a full line of gummy vitamins), come these new vitamins and supplements called Goli Bites.
They come in three different varieties:
- Multi – a daily multivitamin replacement
- Energy – to boost your energy levels
- Calm – to help relax and alleviate stress
What they have in common is that each one is disguised as a bite-sized candy bar!
Seriously, each one appears to be chocolate, caramel, and nougat. Just like a Milky Way. Legitimately just like it’s shown on the product label imagery.
They all look the same, but each has a unique flavor underneath the chocolate coating. The Multi is vanilla, Energy is salted caramel, and Calm is acai berry.
If you have been looking for an alternative way to take your vitamins without swallowing pills and without chewing gummies, these bites could be just right.
Bites vs Gummies
Some people are probably thinking, “oh wow, I can skip my boring vitamins and eat candy bars instead!”
My first thought was, “what’s the point?”
I mean, why take these when there are already so many ways to take vitamins and supplements? There are already pills, chewable tablets, powders, liquids, and even gummies. Why add candy bars into the mix?
After thinking about it, there are perfectly good reasons to consider these Goli bites:
Goli bites don’t stick to your teeth.
Sometimes gummy vitamins will stick to your teeth. You might find this mildly annoying, or if you’ve had dental work in the past, it could be disastrous.
So you’d like to have something you can chew, but not a gummy. These bites might work.
Goli bites don’t stick to your other vitamins.
Gummy vitamins are problematic if you have to take them in addition to regular pills. You can’t put gummies in your pill organizers or they’ll make everything into one sticky mess.
But you can put Goli bites in your daily pill organizer along with your other pills. No problem. As long as you don’t leave it out in the sun where the chocolate melts, you should be fine.
Goli bites are vegetarian.
Gummy vitamins were an incredible invention, beloved by anyone who hated swallowing pills. Unless you were a vegetarian!
Because gummies often contain gelatin derived from animals, they are not vegetarian-friendly. But Goli bites are.
(Of course, with the eggs and dairy, Goli bites are not vegan.)
You don’t have to swallow pills.
Of course, Goli bites share one major benefit of gummy vitamins – you don’t have to swallow pills.
Whether you can’t swallow pills or just don’t like to, Goli gummies and bites make it much easier to take your vitamins. And both options are far tastier than any chewable tablet I’ve had.
Goli bites are quite tasty and the chocolate and caramel seem to mask any bitterness from the vitamin content!

Most of those claims rely on the B vitamins, which are indeed very important to your health. But I think the real, immediate benefits from the caffeine and guarana extract are what you’re after! And that is the daily energy boost or afternoon pick-me-up!

Because it’s not purely about reducing stress and finding relaxation. It’s about all the other health improvements that come after you are able to manage your stress!
Are Goli Bites worth it?
Goli bites sound pretty good, but are they worth it?
They’re more expensive than regular pills. They also contain more sugar and more calories than regular pills.
So you have to consider whether you are getting your money’s worth, but also, are the health benefits canceled out by the extra sugar?
Goli bites cost $14 per jar.
While you can save money with an auto-ship subscription, the regular retail price for one jar of bites is $14.
With the Multi bites, taking one per day, that means $14 buys you a one-month supply. Not bad.
With the Calm bites, they suggest taking 2-4 per day, so the $14 bottle will only last 1-2 weeks. So you’re looking at at least $28 per month for these.
Of course, if you see health benefits, it’s totally worth it!
Each bite contains 25 calories.
Just because these bites contain vitamins does not erase the consequences of consuming a miniature candy bar! You have to consider that you’ll be getting an extra 25-100 calories per day with these bites.
On the flip side, if a 50-calorie serving of Calm bites prevents you from stress-eating a piece of chocolate cake, that’s a huge win for your diet!
Goli bites contain quality ingredients.
Here are ingredients you will NOT find in Goli bites:
- high fructose corn syrup
- artificial sweeteners
- artificial flavors
- artificial colors
- added preservatives
- salicylates
Instead you will find sugar, stevia, cocoa, and natural flavors.
Goli bites are gluten-free.
Here are some common allergens you will NOT find in Goli bites:
- wheat
- gluten
- yeast
- gelatin
- shellfish
So if you’re on a gluten-free diet, you can still have these.
Unfortunately they do contain milk, egg whites, and soy lecithin, which are allergens to a small percentage of people.
What it comes down to is that it depends. It’s a personal decision.
Only in rare cases do I take a multivitamin. If I’m going to take one, I’d probably take a liquid or a gummy rather than one of these bites. But you might prefer the bites! (Ask yourself: do I like gummy bears or candy bars?)
