  1. Why do I need more energy?

I maintain many lofty projects. As I get older, I find the energy needed to accomplish my goals is often lacking.

  3. The winter season is coming. Lethargy can take hold. I want to have the energy I need to either read a book or be on my bike trainer, three times per week.

I really want to live forever!

  4. I need more energy to write more better:
    “Don’t be tired and schlepy,
    get zippy and peppy!”
See, obviously I’m a few molecules shy of an intellectual bonk!

  5. I need more energy because I routinely stay up too late on the computer and because I have to preach to 800 people at two services each Sunday. By the time I ride, I am wiped out

  6. I’ve lost 91 lbs in the past year cycling and running. I want to get down to into the high 100’s if possible but I feel like I’m burning out and need as much energy as I can get! Plus my 3 yr old girl daughter, two 75 lb. dogs, and full-time job keep me burning the midnight oil. Oh yeah and I’m training for a marathon with a long term 5 year goal of completing an IRONMAN. Please send me the FRS!

In any case, I have enjoyed your articles which are sent to my inbox every week. Thanks!

  7. If you are totally energised during winter bike rides, this should stop you “Bonking” and if training, avoid cafe stops where you can get cold, then have to start riding again in sweaty clothes. If you sip the drink every 10-15 mins you should remain strong throighout your rides.

  8. As I get older, the hills get steeper and longer.

  9. I have been a long time user of other energy sources such as rockstar and monster etc., and would love to try a new product such as the FRS healthy energy. I am fairly new to cycling and sometimes need some early morning help to get my rides going.

  10. i need more energy at night to stay up later , enabling me to drink more beer .

  11. I need more energy to complete all the training I want to do. I go to Crossfit bootcamp 3times a week, do Yoga and swim as well as cycle and trail run. I have to teach in between there as well!! At 59 I really need some help, please!!! Love all the info on your blog. Have learned alot.

  12. I just finished a grueling move to a new city and had no time or energy to ride for over a month. I could use the energy to get back into my rides and workouts, and to keep unpacking boxes and getting the new house put together.

  13. I ride with mostly retired men and apparently wealthy younger women. At least it seems like the women are wealthy because they ride ALL THE TIME. Anyway, I’m not retired nor am I wealthy so I need extra energy to keep from being dropped on the flats!

  14. If I had energy after a long workout to spend with the kids and do projects around the house for my spouse, it would make them really happy.

  15. Century, and not the metric one!

  16. Being a Type1 diabetic is tiring, being a type1 diabetic and a competive cat2 mountain biker well extremly tiring! It takes me almost the whole day to recoup. These are great products for us diabetics who have to balance our sugar intake and not bonk.

  17. I need more energy to get through my busy weeks and not be ready to fall asleep at 9pm.

  18. I need more energy to get through my 9-5 job then attend 5 college courses throughout the week. No matter how busy I can be I still try to hit the gym for myself, and to inspire my friends and family to care more about their health.

  19. Working 50 hours a week, planning a wedding, focusing on hitting sales goals, and trying to still get 100 miles in every week can be exhausting.

  20. With all the demands of time and energy demands of everyday life plus trying to ride my bike as often as i physically can,i need all the energy i can get. FRS is a great way to have that energy, plus a great taste as well.

  21. I need more energy because I am a stay at home mommy to two baby boys… My oldest is 27 months old and my youngest is 14 months old…So yes i have my hands full they are always on the go. Very active and they drain my energy before lunch time…. But I love them…
((((Did i mention they are both boys)))) 🙂

  22. I need more energy because college drains all of mine! =(

  23. I am a medical student. This not only means that I am low on energy from the 80 hour workweeks and all-night call shifts but also that I am up to my ears in student loans. Being able to try a healthy energy drink for free would not only give me energy for the gym after work but would give me a firsthand experience at a healthy product I may later recommend to patients.

  24. I am a college football player, and now that we are into October that means our in season workouts are at a peak in order to give us the best chance at a postseason appearance. After practices, film sessions, workouts, and treatment I NEED MORE ENERGY so i can study for finals and make it out of the semester alive.
