Comments(0)Cheesy lines aside (do you watch Millionaire??), here’s a cool product from LifeLineUSA called the Power Wheel.
It’s like an ab wheel, but not just a regular old ab wheel. You can actually put your feet in this one!
(Yes, you can find the ab rollers pretty cheap or just make your own, which I highly recommend if you don’t have one – it’s an intense full-body workout. But if you can spare the money, try one of these beauties.)
And since it’s endorsed by Matt Furey, it’s good in my book. (Matt Furey is well-known for his bodyweight conditioning programs.)
