Keep Flexing With FlexeoPlus For Muscle and Joint Relief

For the past two years, my bike racing has been lackluster to say the least. While I am sometimes modest about my abilities, my ego has forced me to come up with enough excuses to make up for my losses! (Increasing school and work commitments, moving up to the expert/pro class, etc.)

What really bothers me though, is not my inability to win. Or my lack of leg strength and cardiovascular fitness. It’s that my back started to bother me, and it always gets too uncomfortable for me to focus on the race.

Thing is, I know why. It all goes back to a couple freestyle BMX accidents last summer. One where I went down on my right shoulder and another where I fell and landed on my back, on the bike…

It took me a while just to get back onto the road bike. Later on I made it back to my mountain bike, and eventually even to my BMX bike (although I took it easy.)

Just so you know, the point of writing this was not to whine about my sore back. (or was it…) Actually, I wanted to mention this stuff I tried because you might like to try it too, especially if you have chronic back pain or are recovering from a wreck.

It’s called FlexeoPlus. It’s for aching muscles and joints. It has all kinds of good stuff in it, like glucosamine, vitamin C, and MSM. It’s cool because you can take it orally for general joint health, or you can rub it onto your joints or sore muscles and let it absorb into your skin.

As much as my back hurt, I could rub this stuff on my back (well it was kind of hard to reach around, so I had my mom do it!) and the pain would go away. Eventually the pain subsided, but I still try to drink some of this stuff to keep my joints going strong. (I especially recommend it if you are running!)

Get some before your next bike wreck!

If you want to try it out, I suggest you buy it from LifeForce International if you can find it. I was getting it through them and was pleased with the results. (Note: they are a network marketing company, so you probably need to find an independent distributor.)

If you can’t find it, one alternative you could try is Mineral Ice.

2008 update: While FlexeoPlus is nice for healing and pain relief, I also suggest doing some core exercises (such as Cyclo-Core) to strengthen your back.
