Personal Cycling Coaching
If you’re looking for personal attention on an ongoing basis through the season, one-on-one coaching is for you. This includes a custom designed training plan updated on a weekly basis, training log analysis, and my support and analysis. Spots are limited.
Semi-Custom Training Plans
For the athlete who needs some guidance, I offer semi-custom training plans. Each plan covers a 12-week training block and is built based on your goals and current ability level. Training plans are available for road racers, mountain bike racers, Century riders, fitness enthusiasts, and more.

Nutrition Coaching for Fat Loss and Sports Performance
I also offer nutrition coaching separate from my cycling coaching. This is for the athlete who has their training under control, but needs some guidance in diet, fat loss, and/or race-day nutrition. Available for all endurance sports athletes.

Diet Analysis and Overhaul
Want to change your diet but don’t need any fancy meal plans or daily coaching? The diet analysis is a review of your current diet and nutrition plan with my suggestions for improvement, in an easy-to-follow action plan. All for a low, one-time fee.

A custom meal plan includes a diet analysis to start with, then is followed up with suggested meal plans that fit your lifestyle, training needs, and budget.
