		<description>Yes, there&#039;s a 2009 version of ChiRunning.  I&#039;ve heard it has some improvements and additions, but I haven&#039;t seen it yet (I have the older version.)

The ChiRunning DVD is definitely the way to go.

RE: TRX.  I&#039;ve seen it but haven&#039;t used one yet.  I may review it in the future, but there&#039;s already a bunch of info out there about it.</description>

		<description>Hello Levi!long time no talk.. i finally purchase a Chirunning book on Ebay(I was abit bummed that there&#039;s a revised version of it and the one i got is the old one...i really hope there&#039;s no difference between the two)and since i&#039;m more like a visual-audio learner i&#039;m also trying to find a DVD of this so i can understand the form better(still no luck though)so i&#039;m just looking around Youtube for now(they have some clips about Chirunning there as well). Oh yeah,just out of the topic but have you heard of this exercise equipment called &quot;TRX suspension training&quot;?</description>
