Star Spangled Race
As I have been doing for the past few years, I raced in the Brockway Star Spangled Race on the 4th of July. It’s a small road race about 40 minutes away from my hometown, so it’s fun to go do a short race and catch up with my friends.
This year I pulled off 10th overall and 2nd in my 19-29 age class. That’s not bad, considering my extreme lack of training this year! I must not have lost all of my fitness!
Doing this race, plus hanging out at a race all last weekend, has given me the motivation I needed to get back into training! Now I’m looking forward to racing again! I won’t do much in 06, but in 07 I should be back at it!

Hi, My son and I both did the Brockway road cycling race in 2006. I would like to find the race results so he can use them for his Cat 5 to Cat 4 upgrade application. I know that they were online last year immediately after the race, but I am unable to find them now. Any suggestions?
