Mainly I take fish oil and sometimes B vitamins, Vitamin D, and greens supplements, depending on my current diet.

The sickness prevention/reducing here is probably from Airborne&#039;s &quot;Herbal Extract Proprietary Blend&quot; and maybe the amino acids, more so than the basic vitamins you would also get in a multivitamin.</description>
