		<description>I hate trainers and I boy have I tried a lot of them over the years. However, the Rock &amp; Roll is different; much more comfortable, stable, and closer to true riding on the road. That said, it is still a trainer, so you will need your normal distractions (DVDs, loud music, etc.) It also really engages your core when you stand and sprint.</description>
